Traditional Lebanese goat milk fermented products

The aim of this work was to provide an overview of the microbial biodiversity of Ambriss, Serdaleh and Labneh fermented products, isolate and characterize representative strains, and to point out specificities of these microbiota by combining approaches, including assembly- and deep profiling-metagenomics.
