Description

Improved metagenome assembled genome from a ultra-filtered-milk-permeate fermenting bioreactor. This bioreactor was operated as a continuously stirred tank reactor with a six day solids and hydraulic retention time, under anaerobic conditions and was fed ultra-filtered milk permeate, ammended with 400 mg N-NH4Cl/L. This sample was from the 108 day of operation.
