Description

The clinic isolate Pseudomonas E167 uses RhlR to regulate quorum sensing, unlike other studied strains which use LasR (LasR is nonfunctional in E167). We sequenced and assembled a genome of E167 and performed an RNA-seq transcriptomics study to determine the RhlR-regulated quorum sensing regulon of E167.
