(Submitter supplied) This study was aimed to further illustrate the expression files of BAA6 between the stationary phase and the exponential phase in MRSc broth, we combined the transcriptomic analysis with RNA sequencing and tandem mass tags (TMT) quantitative proteomic methods to quantitatively screen the differentially expressed genes and proteins.
