Sequencing, assembly, and analysis of these strains helps us to better understand the genetic diversity of Ralstonia. Prof. Tiffany Lowe-Power has gathered Ralstonia isolate collections from colleagues (including Caitilyn Allen U. Wisconsin, Dave Norman U Florida, Sally Miller Ohio State University). Some of these strains were isolated in the US, and some were isolated from around the world.
