SRX18444081: RNA seq of Lp-115 with and without POM
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 4000) run: 15.8M spots, 4.4G bases, 1.3Gb downloads

Design: Cells were transferred twice in SDM 1% G and then cells were grown for 8 hours in SDM with 0.5% G at 37C under ambient atmospheric condition. Cells were pelleted and flash frozen. RNA was extracted with Zymo Direct-zol RNA miniprep kit, treated with Turbo DNase I and column-purified. RNA purity was confirmed via Bioanalyzer and sent to UIUC for sequencing.
