SRX18444084: RNA seq of Lp-115 with and without POM
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 4000) run: 13M spots, 3.7G bases, 1.1Gb downloads

Design: Cells were transferred twice in SDM 1% G plus POM 400ug/ml and then cells were grown for 8 hours in SDM with 0.5% G plus POM 400ug/ml at 37C under ambient atmospheric condition. Cells were pelleted and flash frozen. RNA was extracted with Zymo Direct-zol RNA miniprep kit, treated with Turbo DNase I and column-purified. RNA purity was confirmed via Bioanalyzer and sent to UIUC for sequencing.
