1 ILLUMINA (Illumina NovaSeq 6000) run: 14.3M spots, 4.3G bases, 1.2Gb downloads

Design: The library was constructed following the TruSeq DNA PCR Free protocol and 151 cycles of paired-end sequencing was performed at Psomagen (Rockville, MD, USA). A total of 14.28 million raw reads were processed for quality control using the Fastp v1.14.5 software with the default options, 98.88% of reads passed QC and were used for genomic assembly using SPAdes v3.15 mode --careful. Were filtered out fragments shorter than 500 bp and computed the assembly stats using in-house build scripts
