A total of 164 Campylobacter jejuni (n=137) or Campylobacter coli (n=27) isolates from cases of campylobacteriosis in Australia in late 2018. Cases were sourced from eight Australian states/territories. Phenotype for Amp (AM), Amox/Clav(XL), Cipro(CL), Ery(EM), Gent(GM) and Tet(TC) is included as part of the data archive.
