SRX5808109: WGS of Campylobacter jejuni from Casey Hospital
1 ILLUMINA (NextSeq 500) run: 1.1M spots, 158.5M bases, 58.1Mb downloads

Design: Sequencing libraries were constructed by Micromon (Monash University, Clayton) using customised Illumina Nextera XT chemistry, optimised specifically for Campylobacter genomic DNA. The libraries were sequenced using the Illumina NextSeq500 with TruSeq Sequencing-by-Synthesis V2 chemistry in 150b paired-read format.

Study: Understanding the sources and risks of Campylobacter to stormwater constructed wetlands
show Abstracthide Abstract
This study utilised Multilocus Sequence Typing (MLST) from WGS dataand Source Attribution model to found out the sources of Campylobacter contamination to stormwater constructed wetlands, in order to eliminate or reduce the level of Campylobacter in these systems; at the same time, it is important to understand whether the Campylobacter spp. detected in wetland systems are of human health risks.
