Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a major opportunistic pathogen. Carbapenems are the most effective agents for the treatment of severe cases infected by P. aeruginosa. However, the prevalence of carbapenem-resistant P. aeruginosa (CRPA) have increased rapidly in recent years. We aim to analysis the genomics variation of the CRPA isolates.
