1 PACBIO_SMRT (PacBio RS II) run: 83,729 spots, 375.5M bases, 250.7Mb downloads

Design: Lactobacillus johnsonll ZLJ010 was isolated from the gastrointestinal mucosa of a healthy weaned piglet
Submitted by: Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences (Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Scienc)
Study: Lactobacillus johnsonii strain:ZLJ010 Genome sequencing
show Abstracthide Abstract
L. johnsonii is a highly flexible and versatile species and has one of the largest genomes among the known LAB. Consistent with the diversity of probiotic functions, complete genome sequencing analysis revealed the genomic diversity. To gain a better insight into the beneficial effects on gut health in piglets, the complete genome of L. johnsonii ZLJ010 was sequenced. This strain is a potential probiotic that promotes gut health and defense against Escherial coli infection in pigs.
Sample: Microbe sample from Lactobacillus johnsonii
