Oligos arrayed in low volume Greiner 384 well plates in 3X SSC at a final concentration of 30uM. Arrays printed using a GeneMachines Omnigrid 100 robot with TeleChem Chipmaker 3 pins. Printing conditions: room temperature, 60% humidity. Oligo plates sealed with Erie Scientific Titer-Tops, placed in a zip-loc bag and stored frozen at -20C.
