Summary To uncover the effects of KrrA regulation on gene transcription and define the bacterial response imposed by this regulation, a transcriptomic study was carried out in which Bacillus anthracis krrA was compared to WT in two growth conditions: LB in the presence or absence of ‘205.
 
Overall design Two strains of Bacillus anthracis (WT and krrA deletion mutant) in the presence or absence of 50 µM ‘205 were compared. RNA was isolated from each of the strains and conditions in triplicte and RNA sequencing performed. Transcriptomes and changes in expression patters were compared across each samples using CLC genomics workbench.
