Title Effec of lactic acid or HCl on the Lactiplantibacillus plantarum gene expression

Summary To characterize the effect of lactic acid on the L. plantarum growth and adaptation, we investigated the transcriptome under hydrochloride (HCl) or lactic acid at the early stage of the growth.
 
Overall design the bacteria was cultivated to OD=0.05 and further cultivated 3h in MRS pH 5.5 adjusted with lactic acid or HCl, respectively
