Hybridization protocol |
16hrs at 60°C in Agilent hybridization buffer using MAUI hybridization chamber. Washed using 2XSSC, 0.1% SDS for 10mins at 60°C, 0.1XSSC, 0.1%SDS for 19mins at RT, and four washes of 0.1XSSC for 1min at RT.
